Mission Statement

Our Firm is dedicated to helping people by providing personal advocacy in matters that interrupt the peace of their daily lives.  We do this by representing clients in legal matters that concern family and probate issues. 

 

Professional Biography

Kenneth E. Newell served 20 years in the United States Army, serving in both Iraq wars.  While in the Armed Forces, he finished a Bachelor degree and received his Masters of Business Administration degree.  After retiring he attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2011.  Kenneth teaches various Baccalaureate and Master level legal subjects on the Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base for Columbia College.  He is a member of the Tarrant County Bar as well as the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association.  Kenneth is a Barrister Member of the prestigious Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Courts.
